Del Viento reserves the right to request full payment prior to work commencing on bespoke products. The design will be agreed between you and Del Viento prior to work commencing on the item, at this time your order will be considered to be placed. You will not be able to cancel your purchase of a bespoke item once your order has been placed. Payment in full must be made and cleared before the bespoke item is dispatched. Bespoke products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty.
We will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies of measurements that lead to an item not fitting.
If items are damaged through normal wear and tear we can often repair minor damage at a minimal cost, please email if you have an item that needs repairing.
Items of jewellery are by their nature delicate and whilst we can offer to repair minor damage will not be held responsible for items lost as a result of damage.
On confirmation of payment your item will be dispatched - we normally use 1st Class 'Signed For' service which allows us to track the package, unless a different service is requested, we'll email the tracking code.
