Every item is made to order so if you are looking for something a little special we can discuss what you you are looking for and give you a price for your item. You can call us on the number below, but bear in mind we may be in the middle of a field with our horses!

IM5 1BLWe recommend that your place the hair (with a plaiting band on one end) in a plastic bag. Before posting the hair please write your name, address and phone number on a piece of paper and put it in the bag.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU PUT ON THE CORRECT POSTAGE - in most cases it will be 'large letter'. Items with insufficient postage will incur an addition £5 charge to cover collection from post office plus additional postage.
We recommend that you use the Post Office 'Signed For' service, this means you can track your package, it costs a little more but we think it's worth it, particularly if the hair is irreplaceable.
Once we've received your hair it is sorted to remove any short strands and is then made into the design you have chosen. If there are any problems, for example not enough hair for your design, we will contact you to discuss options. Once completed we'll email you a photograph of your completed jewellery.
Once you've receive the photograph of your item we send your invoice for payment by bank transfer or PayPal invoice (PayPal invoices will incur a small additional charge to cover the PayPal processing fees). Please note: You will receive invoices from 'The Ideas Forge' which is our trading company name.
On confirmation of payment your item will be dispatched - we normally use 1st Class 'Signed For' service which allows us to track the package, we'll email the tracking code.
Braided bracelets are normally supplied about 10 mm larger than your wrist measurement. How to measure for your bracelet >>
Braided bracelets with adjustable hook and chain will allow about 30 mm adjustment.
